This is an old childrens toy American Tool Chest with some original tools. The pliers are marked ATC which is the name of this tool kit. The manufacturer of this kit is the American Toy & Furniture Co. Inc. The other toys appear to be original to the set as well with the exception of the plastic handled saw that says Handy Andy. Comes with hammer, level, plane, pliers and saw.
Someone added a lock hasp to the lid, so I'll throw in the Master Lock with key.
